Thank you for choosing Driveclox. We are committed to delivering high-quality, durable products, and we stand by our craftsmanship. To ensure your peace of mind, all Driveclox watches come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What Our Warranty Covers
This 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the following components:
- Movement mechanisms
- Hands and dial
- Case and crown
If these parts exhibit a defect due to manufacturing or workmanship during normal use, Driveclox will repair or replace the watch at no additional cost, at our discretion.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage from unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches on the case, crystal, or straps
- Water damage if the watch is exposed to conditions exceeding its stated water resistance
Warranty Claims
To make a claim under this warranty:
1. Contact our customer support team at info@driveclox.com with a description of the issue and your proof of purchase.
2. We will provide instructions on where to send your watch for assessment.
3. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Additional Notes
- **Proof of Purchase**: A valid proof of purchase is required to process any warranty claim.
- **Repair Costs**: If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will provide an estimate for repairs, which you can approve before any work is done.
- **Warranty Transferability**: This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitations of Warranty
This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Driveclox, and no other warranties, express or implied, apply. Driveclox shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
